Over the past 25 years, Kerry has helped grow C&S while continuing to push the company forward through better systems, technology, and new opportunities for the team and the green industry.

Jill helps lead the people, culture, and operations behind C&S Lawn Service and Landscape. She is passionate about developing team members and creating an environment where people can learn, contribute, and build meaningful long-term careers in the green industry.

With a background in Business and Organizational Communication, Jill brings a people-and-operations perspective to the company’s growth and helps shape the systems, culture, and support that keep the team moving forward.
